DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM WIG ORDERS?
Yes!.. we are currently accepting custom wig orders
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK? We accept orders on a first come, first serve basis. Each month will have a selected number of custom wig appointments available. Each slot is for one custom wig or hairpiece ONLY. Your slot and spot in line will only be GUARANTEED once payment has been made.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
All custom wig inquires must be emailed to ShopWithBossladii@gmail.com AND/OR CALL customer service @ (469)321-4717 to receive a price quote. You will receive your price quote within 48 hrs.
PRODUCTION TIME IS TYPICALLY BETWEEN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE OR DEPENDING UPON AVAILABILITY.
*BUSINESS DAYS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Shipping times is typically 2-3 business days after production is completed.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CUSTOM WIG?
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for any custom order to begin, but you are welcome to pay full balance upfront. We will send you a direct link via email to securely pay for your order, unless purchased in-store. Payments are made by Cash or Debit/credit card ONLY. The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to shipping or during pick up. Balances must be paid within 2 weeks of deposit date. After 24 hours of non payment a $25 late fee will be added to remaining balance. after 48 hours of non payment, a $10 per day storage fee will be assessed. FAILURE TO PAY REMAINING BALANCE after 30 days of non payment WILL RESULT IN YOUR CUSTOM WIG BEING SOLD!
HOW DO I GET FITTED FOR A CUSTOM WIG?
We have a standard measurement sheet, which is sent out for all custom orders. Lay your hair as flat as possible before measuring & Please be sure to measure at least 3 times before submitting your order to assure correct measurements. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements once order is submitted.

CAN CUSTOM ORDERS BE RUSHED?
YES!.. Information will be discussed at the time of inquiry.
DO YOU SHIP CUSTOM WIGS?
Yes! We have shipped our products all over the world with success. Custom wigs shipped in the USA will be shipped usps or ups 2-3 day priority mail. There is a $12 STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGE unless otherwise stated & Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.
CAN I SEND MY OWN HAIR FOR A WIG TO BE MADE?
Yes. You can provide your own hair for a unit to be made. Please label lengths on each individual bundle. **Having a custom wig made is an investment. It is highly recommended that you only send high quality 100% virgin human hair or quality beauty supply store remy hair to ensure that your investment will last as long as possible. Coloring service will be performed on 100% virgin human hair only.
***PLEASE DO NOT SEND HAIRS/WIGS TO OUR ADDRESS WITHOUT PLACING YOUR WIG ORDER FIRST. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS BEST TO PLACE YOUR ORDER FIRST AND NOTIFY US BEFORE SENDING YOUR HAIR FOR A CUSTOM WIG TO BE MADE!!***
- Please ensure all hair and/or closure/ frontal etc. is mailed in the same package.
- Label each item with lengths, and include hair texture, type, and number of hair or bundles provided.
- Please provide your contact info: Name, Phone Number, Email Address and Ship-To-Address (if necessary)
- Your Head Measurements (HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE, FRONT TO NAPE OF NECK & EAR TO EAR OVER TOP)
We do accept previously-used hair. If you are sending pre-used hair, please follow instructions below.
1. Pre-used hair should be Washed and Completely dry, free of excessive oils, and not damaged or cut up hair less that 6 inches in length.
2. Pre-used hair should be detached from previous wig unit & all thread or glue should be removed completely from wefts.
3. Pre-used hair should be in individual packaging based on length. (Please label all hairs)
4. Pre-used hair pieces should be bundled together based on longest to shortest weft
Please note: After 3 bundles there is an additional $25 charge for each extra bundle to be installed
WILL YOU SEND PHOTOS OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT?
Yes, photos of the finished product will be sent for review before shipping.
I CHANGED MY MIND, MAY I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once a deposit has been made, your order MAY NOT be changed or altered. If the customer decides to cancel the order, for any reason, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If Beauty By Bossladii is unexpectedly unable to fulfill your order, your deposit WILL be refunded.
DO YOU CUSTOM COLOR?
Custom color can be requested for extra fee. It will delay your processing time, but expected completion date will be given.
*Please note that once hair is dyed it is no longer considered virgin or unprocessed.
HOW LONG DOES WIGS LAST?
A wig can last years depending on proper care and maintenance.
BLEACHED KNOTS?!?
What are bleached knots and do I need them on my lace wig?
Bleached knots help make the hair appear as if it is growing from the scalp. When hair is tied to the lace, there is a dark knot where the hair is secured. Bleaching or "lightening" the knots reduces the visibility of this knot. On off black (1B) and dark brown hair, the knots are lightened to a light brown shade. Very light brown and blonde and shades usually do not need bleached knots. It is not possible to bleach knots on jet black (#1) hair, and is very difficult to bleach knots on 1B hair. Bleaching the knots on the unit can lead to premature, and sometimes excessive shedding, because the bleached knots are weaker.
DO YOU INSTALL CUSTOM WIGS???
Yes, I will install your #CustomWigsByBossladii for an additional fee.
*All units made by other manufacturer can be installed/customized, maintenance etc for an additional charge.
*All installs are made by appointment only
I live in the area, do i need and appointment to visit the store?
YES. WE OFFER PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS AND CONSULTATIONS.
TO RESPECT EVERYONES PRIVACY APPOINTMENTS ARE SCHEDULED FOR PURCHASES, PICK UPS ETC.
Most of our Custom items are made to order, which means we create them as orders come in.
*Please keep in mind that we have "Ready To Ship Wigs" which vary depending on current trends and inventory. These general cap sizes fits 95% of our clients and are highly recommended.
We have numerous new & current clients, so please keep in mind that we receive orders on a daily basis & there are other individuals receiving services and/or ordering our products at the same time as you. Please refrain from contacting us for a status of your order if it has not exceeded its turnaround time frame. Please allow time for us to process and complete your order. If you need your order faster than the current turnaround time, you have the option to RUSH YOUR ORDER for an additional fee.
