1. What are your customer service hours?

2. Can I order by phone?Yes, orders can be placed over the phone. You can call us during regular business hours, at (469)321-4717. If you are calling during non-business hours, please leave your contact information when prompted and will contact you on our next business day.
What forms of payments are available?We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Please Note: We do not accept gift cards at this time. These transactions will be declined and a hold will be placed on your account for the specified transaction amount. This hold will typically release on it's own within 5 to 7 business days depending on the issuing credit card company
Is my credit card and personal information secure using your site?We take your privacy and personal information seriously and use every precaution necessary to ensure your shopping experience is safe!
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax only for orders shipped within the State of Texas.
The Texas state sales and use tax rate is 6.25 percent, but local taxing jurisdictions (cities, counties, special-purpose districts and transit authorities) also may impose sales and use tax up to 2 percent for a total maximum combined rate of 8.25 percent.
How long does it take to ship an order?
We strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible, but keep in mind products have separate processing and shipping times. Typically if place your order by 3pm (CST), most orders will process and ship the next business day. In some cases, it may take 2 to 5 business days or longer to process your order before being shipped. Some reasons that cause delays in product shipping are: inaccurate or incomplete shipping and/or billing information, your shipping address is a P.O. Box, or we are currently out of stock on your desired item. If we are out of stock for an item ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, either by phone or e-mail. Orders received after 3pm Friday through Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
*Delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends are not counted in shipping times.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a link to retrieve your tracking number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change an order, contact us at (469)321-4717 immediately. We will do everything to accommodate your request. However, shipped items cannot be canceled or changed. Refused packages will be refunded for the merchandise ordered minus shipping and handling cost.
However, it is important to note that some of our wigs are custom-made, once production process begins, Labor Costs and Material Costs will be incurred.
What holidays are observed and will this affect shipping of my package?Observed holidays that we are closed for business are Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day & New Year's Day. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working business day. In Addition, order deliveries may be delayed on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve

This package does not look like it's from Beauty By Bossladii. Where is this from?On occasion we will drop ship items directly from the manufacturer. We do this in order to expedite your order.
RETURNS
Here at Beauty By Bossladii your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the return instruction, if applicable. Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email or phone to discuss the problem you are concerned about first. If you want to return your order, please notify us by email or live chat firstly, stating the reason and the order number within 14 days of receipt. Ask the customer service rep for the return address and Please do not return the goods without permission. We may not receive your return goods, and we will not give refund. Your feedback is very important to us. All items must be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to the original shipping charges which are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. Please Note: All Wigs and Hair Extension purchases are all sales final and are not subject to return or exchange.
REFUNDS
We are glad to tell you that If you wish to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refund depends on the situation, You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. Please allow 5-7 working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect on your account. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.
