How It Works:

Select “Local Pick-Up” at Checkout

Choose this option when placing your order online. Your order will be prepared for you at our Duncanville studio.

Receive Confirmation

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email or text with your pick-up details.

Schedule Your Pick-Up

You can pick up your order Monday–Saturday during studio hours. Scheduling a time ensures a smooth, no-wait experience.

Pick Up & Verification

When you arrive, please bring the following to pick up your order:

Order Number or Email Confirmation

Government-issued ID matching the name used for payment
-
Credit Card used for purchase (if applicable)

Confirmation of matching email address or phone number on the order

Our team will verify your information and personally hand over your wig or bundle. All wig sales are final, in accordance with Texas law.

Backorder, Out-of-Stock Items, and Delays
We are committed to excellent customer service, so we make every effort to have your order ready as soon as possible. However, purchases of backorder and out-of-stock items may take longer than 2 business days.
We will contact you right away by email or phone if there will be any delays in your order.
Return and Exchange Policy for In-Store Pickups from Online Purchases
For Hygenic Reasons all Hair And Wig Purchases are all sales final and are not subject to exchange or refunds. Please review our return policy for details or feel free to contact us by email at ShopWithBossladii@gmail.com
Failure To Pick Up Orders
Please pick up your order within 14 days of your Purchase date or your purchase will incur a storage fee of $25 after the 14th day and $5 each day after. Failure to pick up your order within 30 days will result in your hair or wig purchase being SOLD! *Delivery option available
