In-Store Pick-up Process and Policy


Orders purchased online, can be picked up free of charge at our Duncanville, Tx Location within 2-7 business days during business hours. 

Here's how it works:

  • After entering your shipping address during checkout, choose In-Store Pickup.
  • Complete your online purchase.
  • When your order is ready, you’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email (this is different from the order confirmation email).
  • To pick up your purchase, please bring to the store:
    • The Order #/Email Confirmation
    • A government-approved ID that matches with the payment information used on the purchase
    • Credit card used with your purchase (if applicable)
    • Confirmation of Matching email address or phone number on the order

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be available the following 2-5 business days for pickup. 

Curbside pickup is also available which allows customers to pick up orders without leaving their car, providing a safe and easy way to enforce social distancing. *Contact us for more info 

Backorder, Out-of-Stock Items, and Delays

We are committed to excellent customer service, so we make every effort to have your order ready as soon as possible. However, purchases of backorder and out-of-stock items may take longer than 2 business days.

We will contact you right away by email or phone if there will be any delays in your order.

Return and Exchange Policy for In-Store Pickups from Online Purchases

Failure To Pick Up Orders

Please pick up your order within 14 days of your Purchase date or your purchase will incur a storage fee of $25 after the 14th day and $5 each day after. Failure to pick up your order within 30 days will result in your hair or wig purchase being SOLD! *Delivery option available
